When will my delivery arrive?

Hello everyone,

I have a question about delivery timing for a recent purchase. Yesterday, I won a luxury sedan on the HCM Brokerage website. I've received the invoice and completed the payment. The invoice says delivery should take 4 business days.

Does anyone know when the delivery process actually starts or how soon I should expect it? I assume it was processed yesterday or today. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what I know, deliveries start every Monday (from the lien holder's location). I'm an HCM Brokerage customer too — I bought a 2019 BMW 5 Series from them. In my case, I won the auction on Thursday, paid on Friday, and they started the delivery the following Monday. Hope that helps.

According to their delivery policy, shipments begin every Monday (from the lien holder's location). To make sure you'll be home, just give them a call. Their customer support team is friendly and helpful. Plus, they offer free delivery within 500 miles!

As a long-time customer, I agree with Herman. You should treat Monday as the first day, which means you should expect delivery by the following Thursday.
